### 1) Subject
Sales contracts for products concluded remotely via the telematic network on the website www.katanamart.akapanda.com, hereinafter referred to as "this site," are exclusively governed by these general contract conditions.
### 2) Parties
These general contract conditions exclusively govern sales contracts concluded by consumers, meaning natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity possibly carried out, and the company YNH INTERNATIONAL d.o.o. - OIC HRPELJE 14, KOZINA 6240 (VAT ID 72962682 - info@yarinohanzo.com +386 5 976 0764), hereinafter referred to as the "seller." Any purchase order placed by someone under eighteen years of age is considered invalid.
### 3) Conclusion of the Contract and Acceptance of the General Contract Conditions
The sales contracts for products on this site are considered concluded at the moment the purchase order made by the consumer is received by the seller. The seller will promptly send the consumer a receipt of the purchase order. By sending their purchase order electronically, the consumer declares to have read and accepted these general contract conditions and agrees to observe and respect them in their relations with the seller.
### 4) Consumer Obligations
The consumer is required to read these general contract conditions carefully before placing their purchase order. Placing the purchase order implies full knowledge and acceptance of these conditions. Finally, once the online purchase procedure is completed, the consumer is required to print and keep these general contract conditions, already viewed and accepted during the conclusion of the contract.
### 5) Purchase Procedure
The consumer purchases the product, whose characteristics are illustrated online in the respective descriptive and technical sheets, at the indicated price, to which the delivery costs specified on the site are added. Before placing the purchase order, the unit cost of each selected product, the total cost in case of purchasing multiple products, and the related delivery costs are summarized. Once the purchase order is placed, the consumer will receive an email from the seller confirming receipt of the purchase order and containing information on the main characteristics of the purchased product, a detailed indication of the price, delivery costs, applicable taxes, payment methods, and a reference to the general contract conditions and information about the right of withdrawal, conditions, and methods of its exercise displayed on the site. "Following the approval of the Decree-Law of July 4, 2006, No. 223" second maneuver "Art. 37 paragraphs 8 and 9, converted into Law 248 of August 4, 2006, in force since August 12, 2006, the obligation to create the list of clients and suppliers has been restored," and this therefore necessitates requesting customers to enter VAT and/or TAX CODE in the appropriate fields on the site.
### 6) Payment
The consumer can make the payment due by choosing one of the following methods listed.
a) Payment by credit card and/or PayPal
Payment for purchases by credit card can only be made via the PayPal system and only by the cardholder. Poste Pay cards are enabled for payment as they belong to the Visa circuit, included in PayPal. The correctness of the payment data communicated by the consumer is the sole responsibility of the credit card issuing institutions.
b) Payment by bank transfer
Payment by bank transfer can be made using the details provided in the order and addressed to the seller. If payment is made by bank transfer, the purchased product will be shipped to the address indicated by the consumer upon receipt of the bank receipt, typically five days after the transfer is made. After making the bank transfer, send the payment receipt, along with your order number, via EMAIL to the address indicated on this site.
### 7) Delivery of Products
The purchased product, along with the related invoice, is delivered to the address indicated by the consumer during the purchase process via courier. Any specific needs must be communicated to the seller by the consumer. The delivery of the product is guaranteed within a minimum of three days and a maximum of five, except if the consumer has chosen the payment method by bank transfer pursuant to Art. 6, letter b) of this contract. If the consumer chooses delivery by courier, payment can be made in advance by bank transfer or credit card according to the indications contained in Art. 6, letter b) of this contract, and the seller is required to ship the goods upon receiving confirmation of the transaction. If the consumer chooses cash on delivery, payment must be made exclusively in cash, to be handed directly to the courier upon delivery. In case of non-delivery due to the recipient's absence at the address indicated in the order, the courier will leave a notice and retry once; if the recipient is still absent, the goods will be returned to the sender, i.e., the seller.
### 8) Warranty of Conformity and Defective Products
The products purchased on this site are subject to the consumer goods sales regulation contained in Articles 1519 bis – 1519 nonies of the Civil Code. The delivered products comply with the characteristics illustrated online in the respective descriptive and technical sheets. The seller is responsible to the consumer for any conformity defects existing at the time of delivery. If the delivered product has a conformity defect, the consumer has the right to restore the product's conformity. Without prejudice to the applicability of the remaining provisions contained in Articles 1519 ter and following of the Civil Code, the aforementioned right is granted to the consumer provided that the delivered product has been used correctly, respecting its intended use and the instructions included with the purchased product. In particular, the aforementioned warranty does not apply to the product that shows conformity defects known to the consumer at the time of the contract conclusion or that could not have been ignored with ordinary diligence.
a) Terms
The consumer must report the conformity defect to the seller within two months from the date the defect was discovered. The consumer loses the above rights if they do not report the conformity defect within the indicated term.
### 9) Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal. In particular, the consumer has the right to withdraw from any contract concluded with the seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten working days from the receipt of the product. The right of withdrawal is granted to the consumer concerning any product purchased on this site.
a) Methods for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned term, a written communication to the seller's geographical address by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The withdrawal communication can also be sent, within the same term, by telegram, telex, and fax, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the communication must be made to the address indicated in point 2 of this document, referred to as Parties. If the product has been delivered, the consumer is required to return it to the seller within fifteen working days from the delivery date. The product must be returned to the seller complete with all accessories, instruction manuals, and everything originally provided to the consumer, as well as packed in its original packaging. The returned product must be accompanied by a copy of the electronic order receipt. The return shipping costs are borne by the consumer. If the right of withdrawal is exercised by the consumer in accordance with the provisions of this clause, the seller is required to refund the amounts paid by the consumer. In particular, the seller will proceed free of charge with the re-crediting order for the cost of the shipped product.
