I am a minor, can I buy a steel katana on Akapanda?
No, the sale of Katanas and cosplay accessories in steel, zamak or other materials (excluding BAMBOO and FOAM) is prohibited to minors under 18 years of age. In order to complete the purchase, a declaration from a parent/legal guardian written by hand will be required along with an identity document.
They are delivering the package to me, but it is obviously damaged (you can see it from the outside), what do I do?
Do not accept the delivery! It will come back to Akapanda and we can handle the situation.
I received the katana, but I don't like it, can I return it?
Of course, the return in non-specific cases return is at the customer's expense and obtaining a refund depends on the condition of the returned item (e.g. if there are damages or signs of wear and tear, the actual refund sum will be recalculated).
I received the katana and it has defects, what can I do?
